Q.01Do I need KYC?

No. Email and password is the signup. No documents, no verification, no volume gates. Ever. This is a founding principle, not a stage we're at.

Q.02Do you hold my funds?

Only in transit. Every merchant sits on its own BIP-44 branch — never pooled with other merchants — and OrbChain operates the wallet, so funds that have settled but not yet swept do sit in our infrastructure. The fix is built in: auto-sweep forwards every payment to a cold wallet only you control, and you withdraw on demand — no ticket, no approval, no delay.

Q.03What's the fee?

0.4% flat on settled volume. That is the entire tariff — no monthly retainer, no signup fee, no per-chain surcharge. Withdraw-fee schedule per chain at /pricing.

Q.04How do I verify your webhook?

HMAC-SHA512 of the raw body, keyed on your webhook_secret, compared in constant time against the HMAC header. Reference code in every major language at /docs#webhooks.

Q.05What makes this different from OxaPay / NowPayments / BitPay?
