POST /v1/transfer moves balance between any two OrbChain accounts by account ID. No broadcast, no confirmations, no network fee — one atomic ledger transaction that either fully happens or fully doesn't. Both sides get an HMAC-signed webhook.

Every account gets a public ORB-… ID at signup, shown on the dashboard header and /dashboard/account. It's safe to share — it can only receive.
No — like a chain payment, it's final once it settles (which is immediately). Unlike a chain payment, a wrong retry can't double-send: use idempotency_key and repeats are no-ops. The recipient can always transfer back.
