Q.01Is this actually self-custodial?

Honestly: on the hosted service OrbChain holds the master key and signs for you — you don't hold your own private keys, and we won't dress that up. What makes it self-custodial in practice is the exit: your funds sit on a non-pooled branch, and you can auto-sweep every payment to an external wallet only you control, so your money ends up under your keys, not ours. Holding the signing keys yourself is a self-hosted deployment.

Q.02Can I connect MetaMask / a hardware wallet?

Not yet as the sending wallet — the gateway uses our HD branch for broadcasting. You CAN set a hardware-wallet address as your auto-sweep target so all incoming funds flow to it.

Q.03How do I use the Telegram Mini App?

Open @OrbChainBot, tap "Open wallet", sign in with your OrbChain credentials. Telegram renders the wallet as an inline web app — receive-address QR, balance, one-tap send.

Q.04What's the public account page?

Every merchant has a shareable /u/:username page. Followers/fans can tip any supported coin. Same wallet, same keys, different surface.
