No hand-waving
Q.01Firefox version?

Firefox version is planned — same manifest v3 codebase, different store review. Target: v0.2.

Q.02Does it see my private keys?

No. The extension uses your API key (read-only scopes recommended) to query balances + generate addresses. Private keys live on OrbChain's HD wallet infra, never exposed to the extension.

Q.03What's the fee?

Flat 0.4% per settled invoice. No monthly fee, no per-coin markup, no chargeback fee. Deducted at payout time.

Q.04Do you hold my funds?

No. OrbChain is non-custodial — every invoice settles directly to the wallet address you configured. We never touch the coin.

Q.05Is KYC required?

No merchant KYC. Sign up with email, generate an API key, and you're live. Your customers don't KYC either.

Q.06What if my webhook endpoint is down?

We retry for 24h with exponential backoff. event_id is stable across retries; the plugin dedup keys on it so double-delivery is a no-op.
